The steps...

You have been specifically selected

We actively search and seek specific properties that we believe have the potential to be redeveloped. You may have received a letter from us directly (but don’t worry if you haven’t, please contact us here)

We dig into the detail

If you are interested in exploring what we have to offer we then engage our planning experts and designers to thoroughly explore the types of development that could unlock the value in your land / property. At this stage we may need to visit the site and take some measurements.

We make you an offer

Based on our assessment we make you a firm offer to buy your land / property. We base our offer on the re-development potential of the site.

We deal with the paperwork

If you agree to our offer, we will get the process started by drawing up the legal agreement so that we can get the planning process underway. We take care of the entire planning process and all its associated costs.

Complete the sale

With our experienced planning and design team we are confident we can successfully obtain the required planning consent. We then work with you towards the completion of the sale of your property on a suitable timescale. If in the unlikely event the deal cannot be completed, our agreement will cease without any restrictions to you whatsoever.
